Moontide: News and Updates

Book news:

February 28, 2002 Moontide has been nominated for an International Horror Guild Award in the First Novel category.
November 7, 2001 The book is available! The official release date is December 1, 2001, but the online booksellers Amazon, Books-A-Million, and BuyBooks.com start fulfilling orders as soon as Wildside titles are in their systems, and Moontide is in the system now. Check the About the Book page for a complete list of online booksellers, with direct links.
October 18, 2001 Hooray! Moontide has gone to the printer! We should have a release date shortly.
September 1, 2001 Alas, the book has been pushed back a few weeks owing to the classic "unforeseen circumstances." More here as soon as we know the new release date. And many apologies for the delay.
May 18, 2001 Advance proofs have started to go out...fingers crossed for good responses...
May 3, 2001 The designer has finished the cover. It looks great! Nice and spooky, but also literary, a good portrayal of the spirit (as it were) of the book.

Site updates:

November 6, 2001 There's now an Erin Patrick area at AuthorsDen. Come on over for a visit!
June 9, 2001 Ads are gone! Whew, what a difference that makes. If you're still seeing ad banners on any of the pages, just hit Reload on your browser.
May 21, 2001 SITE LAUNCHES! The gallery isn't ready, and we'll be waiting on reader comments for a while, but the rest of it is finished (six weeks ahead of schedule!), so up it goes. We expect a fair amount of tweaking in the next few weeks, and possibly removal of the ad banners, but the overall design is set.
May 14, 2001 Created Web forum and discussion group, will be kinda lonely in there for a while but was nice to get it set up. Never know who might wander by!
May 10, 2001 The basic site is nearly done...still working on the Louisa Lee belowdecks floorplan, email forms, and some bells and whistles.
